Phantasy Star: Rebirth
I think that nobody knows about this one... It's a PBeM (play by e-mail) rpg settled after PS2, in a crumbling Algolian society and with the threats of the Esper rebel faction known as the "Brotherhood of Laya". Sadly, this Rp had LOTS (and I mean lots) of interruptions, and nowadays is quite dead (we were like nine people when it began and nowadays only three answer the threads; only one is "officially out" and the others are in "unknown" status, included the GM...). Just for you to notice, we began in early February 2002 and we hadn't done so much now (time of the creation of the webpage: January 2003). We are stuck in a dungeon, and I even composed a "pre-suicidal" scene for my character!
Now, why had I decided to make a page for an almost defunct game? Because we had LOTS of fun stuff! Our character sheets were really interesting, we had some char pics and even a comic! It's a real pity that this Rp has fallen in this dig...
But that was before. Now the last three members of the Rp decided that this game HAD potential (well, we knew it before), and that we are going to give it at least one last try... Let's hope it will work... otherwise, have fun while browsing this page...
And now, we are on the road again! Finally, after some "long" months, our brave heroes see the light again...

09/09/09: Well... why am I updathing this? Since Geocities is closing, I decided to move my sites to another host. I was about to just erase this one, alongside Rysel Online, but when I start looking at it, I was just like... "No! You used to have much fun with this... and the material here is great!" I didn't want the sprites or drawings by some talented people get erased from the face of the Internet... so, I decided to move everything. I made some little cosmetic changes, and changed a couple of things. So, here it is, Phantasy Star: Rebirth, for the sake of nostalgia.
14/02/06: Guess it's over. At least from my part. I'd intended to write this for a year and I kept on forgetting =P. We moved to the Shining Force Central forums, and didn't do much better. Then, I was some days out and hadn't access to Internet, and when I come back, the forums were closing, in their process to re-open. I lost some time figuring that (ouch!), and then, I couldn't find them. It's been a while since then, and I had lost contact with my companions. So... I guess it's a real "The End" message. I'll leave the site so someone can have fun peeping around. Maybe someone's making a fangame and finds a certain character interesting... Who knows? The site will remain up, but without updates (well, that's not so unusual in my sites... when do I update them? =P) However... I did updated it for the last time! (who the Hell understands me... I guess that no one), and I put what I recall of the plot before I lost track of it, and I'd uploaded the last character sheet if I hadn't lost it in one of my so frequent PC crashes... Guess it's everything. Yup, it really is. Happy Valentine's, and farewell, this site won't be updated any more, I guess. In case you won't to flame me, the address is here. Well, it had been nice and fun while it lasted...
30/04/04: Worst webmistress of the entire web updates the site. I had earn my title, and that's not good! =/ Anyway, on to the game: updated the storyline, but there's a major change: this is not an e-mail roleplay anymore. Now this is a board rp, so this page has become a little useless, but I'll keep on (big bracketts here, and yes, you can laugh) "updating" it. We are now at the Shining Force Central forums. Check the "Rules/How to join" page for more info.
16/02/04: Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been having some problems. The game has made a big progress since the last update, and we have recoverd Felis! Check the second page of the plot section, and the 'status' one to know about our whereabouts.
05/01/04: Hello everybody! It's been some time, don't you think so? So, so sorry. At long last, I made that million times announced, desired re-design! What? That it looks quite the same? Yeah, I know... but I like it this way... I think that all the broken links are fixed now... I also updated the second page of the storyline... also the Current status section (which is the "guide" of where we are and what we are doing), and I made the "How to join" section (which is in the same page as the rules). Mmmhh.... gues that's all for now... (Also, the change had a slight moving, and i re-touched the banner).
10/11/03: Hi! I'm still alive! This past months have benn quite chaotic, but here I'm. Sadly, another member (El-Cideon) decided to abandon the game... This ain't no good... I've tried to fix some broken links, like images and that, but I don't think they are all fixed, so sorry. Now I have to leave. My History book is awaiting for me... the exam is tomorrow (and I'm "wasting" time here... hehe ^_^)
2/8/03: An update, at long last!! Updated the Storyline section and the Status one
17/06/03: I'm alive, I'm alive!! Sorry for my lack of updates. I was quite busy with school, and then, when I could update this quicly... know what happenned? I got an annoying cold, with a headaches that wasn't very nice, so I wasn't going to be sitting in front of a computer, typing things... anyway, here I'm... Updated the storyline- part2, and current status, and fixed the broken links... And added our personal website's links!! *cough* shameless plug *cough* It's so strange to to talk about your site in third person...
30/04/03: Added a but more of the current plot to the Storyline section, also updated the status section (I recommend you read both if you want to join; sometimes the storyline sec ends with a cliffhanger, and you can find what follows in the "Status". Why do I do this? To make things clear -or that's what I think-). Also changed Katran's status. Hope you'll come back soon! ='(
22/04/03: Minor update. Changed some little things in the characters page.
14/04/03: Sorry for the lack of updates, my "real life" kept me busy and I had some nasty PC problems... anyway, here I'm, ready to update the page and have you informed with all what's going on with the rp! Oh, well. Thanks Benoit for adding the site in your PS Webring! Oh, and I almost forgot! There's a new member!!! Yes!!!
03/03/03: Added another member! And a new "section" up, where you'll find the game's progress, more detailed than in the storyline section... Finally, some other words in the main page (or "smalltalk").
25/02/03: Added a banner, if you would like to link your page to this one. Nothing "espectacular", but at least is something ^_^ I'll add more things to the storyline section soon.
19/02/03: Added another member (yes, yes, yes!!), and fixed an error in the storyline section (thanks T.U.M. for warning me).

12/02/03: Added some other charcetrs sprites, updated the "Other stuff" section (visit it, please; it's hilarious!) Added some links to all the pages.
07/02/03: Added more images, and a pretty touch to the characters sheets. The author of those pretty sprites and idea was -S (great job, boy!!). Moved each character pics to their respective pages, plus I added two more pics of Aerin (she's my character... I can't help making nice stuff about her ^_^). Know what? Making this site is making me happy, in some way... ("Talkative Mode" in the updates page, part one... very OT).
01/02/03: Added another paraghraph of "smalltalk", pictures page up. Also fixed the dates (I wrote "02" instead of "03" in the last 2 updates...)
26/01/03: Rules page up, changed the webpage's name from "The Phantasy Star II PBeM Page" to "Phantasy Star: Rebirth" (Thanks T.U.M. for the name).
23/01/03: Storyline complete. All the character's sheets up, beggining of the site's design, "Other stuff" section up... not bad... not bad at all.
21/01/03: Page up. Sorry for this design. I wanted to put this page up so if somebody is interested can take a look, plan a character and join the game. Sadly, I still have to write half of the plot, and some characters sheet aren't available yet. I'll try to complete the plot as soon as possible (maybe tomorrow or the day after), so watch out for the updates... and for a new title and design...
